My bestie suddenly had a weird noise coming from her car. I just googled repair and this shop came up, right down the street from our job. I called and I got a call right back. From our first conversation, Joe was such a nice person and really honest about how he operates. He gave us scenarios and options for each. She had her car towed there Wed morning and by 1pm, the car was ready. Joe was true to his word! Joe provides great customer service and honest workmanship, which is rare in the auto world. If you need a guy, Joe is your guy.

I was referred to brake time auto repair from my brother who praised Joe (the owner/mechanic) at the shop for his affordable pricing, quality of work, and honesty. I was hesitant as I am someone who normally works on my own vehicles, but didn’t have time to fix the issue I was having myself. Joe was awesome. Just like my brother said, his pricing was more than fair, he repaired my truck, and was very honest when I asked about future work I wanted done. Rather than upselling me (which could have easily been done) he explained to me why there wasn’t a need for what I wanted to have done.
