I was soo glad to get same day service as the call! Rather embarrassing to find it was just the pilot light, but great troubleshooting as to the cause. There's a high chance the flame was interrupted when I had the dryer duct cleaned. Now it's a more expensive dryer duct cleaning - Eyeroll!! Anyway I would call upon 5-star again for sure. He also gave good advice on providing more airflow to the water heater compartment.

Update…we’ve used them again 3 time since my initial writeup. They’re still amazing!!! 5 Star Plumbing is nothing short of the name. They were ready and available for my plumbing needs. Within 45 mins of my call they were pulling up. They were available when the property manager was scrounging around looking for a plumber. Thank you 5 Star!

This was our 3rd time using 5 Star Plumbing and again they satisfied all our expectations. Amir was super good, took his time to explain everything to us. We will definitely use 5 Star again.
