Super nice staff and they always get me in without an appointment. Super relaxing experience every time I go. I get pedicures and basic single color acrylic nails and I'm always happy with their work. Betty is amazing!
Came in without an appointment at 10:30 am for regular manicure and pedicure. Got serviced after 15 minutes, and was done at 12:45 pm. I noticed that even the people who came in with an appointment had to wait. As with other spa, they still work on first-come-first-serve basis. Just don’t go on busy hours. Even with an appointment.The lady was very gentle and diligent even as the spa started getting busy. I only got a regular mani and pedi but the work is clean. Those who felt like the workers are just taking their sweet time, I think if they were the ones being serviced, they wouldn’t have wanted it to be rushed either.
Alexis did a great job on my nails!! My pedicure was great as well! They took their time to make sure everything was good! I have not had a bad experience in 2 years of coming here.
