Ellen was great! So sweet and explained lighting situations and helped to pick out more picturesque locations for the photoshoot. Our group was very large (lots of moving pieces) and she was very patient and gave great direction for all age groups to understand, and even had toys for the babies! Would definitely recommended!
Good experience from start to finish. Snappr's representative reached out straight away when I was researching the company and options. The T&Cs were explained as well as the features of the service. They worked with us when communication services were not always ideal.
The photographer Sammy was excellent - professional and friendly!
I would recommend both Snappr and Sammy.
