It was a difficult time losing our mother, but I was so lucky that we were referred to Norco Family Funeral Home. We used their cremation service and from the first phone call to our last communication, they were nothing but professional and helpful. The timing took longer than anticipated but it is not under their control. They also had the lowest rate which fit our budget. I highly recommend them. I have nothing but great things to say about the way Norco Family supported us through such difficult times. John was so kind and compassionate throughout the whole process, patient, kind, very clear, thorough and professional with all paperwork and my financial position.
