This was my first time coming to Norco Veterinary Hospital. I was completely impressed. They were able to get me and my cat in right away. Every person I encountered was polite, knowledgeable, and cared about my pet. Dr Z Smith was very caring, listened to all my concerns and gave me options for an unusual situation with my pet. He explained every option in detail. My pet is doing well and happy. I would highly recommend this facility and will be back for all my pets as needed!

Excellent animal hospital with caring and professional staff. The vets handled my pet with great attention and kindness, and the treatment was explained clearly. The clinic is clean, well equipped, and organized. I felt confident that my pet was in safe hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate animal care.

We were never seen at your facility. when we showed up the service was horrible and Daisha was the only team member who we spoke to and insisted the fee for seeing our dog was $130 for emergency service however what we were there for was not an emergency. She insisted we would should go back Saturday. I made it clear was not an issue. She Could not give us an ETA when we would be seen. Waiting area was empty and the parking lot had very few cars. She insisted services were cheaper to bring her Saturday. We needed Ziggy to be seen that night. We showed up around 7:30pm and from what your website states you close at 10pm. We left and decided to take our business elsewhere. Her attitude towards us and how ziggys tick removal was not an emergency pushed us out the door. Ziggy is our family member and 100% it was an emergency to us. Thankful Daisha provided the horrible service she did. For that same we reason we found a new vet for Ziggy and they are wonderful! Heritage Animal Care, You should consider hiring staff like the staff at Heritage. Daisha made us feel extremely unwelcome and as we could not afford the services. She also added a personal touch outside your facility a nice eye roll with a chuckle.

We took our dog in and was able to get a next day appointment in a Sunday. The care provided by Dr. Rye was amazing. She was very compassionate and very proactive. She explained everything and answered all my questions. The staff were great too! We will definitely continue our care here.

They were great! I had previously taking my new puppy to a different animal hospital in Norco and was extremely unhappy with their service. I made an appointment at Norco animal Hospital, and I’m very happy that I did. They were very kind, extremely thorough, and very knowledgeable. Their prices were also way better than the other Vet I had taken her to. I was so happy with their service. I’ve decided this will be my new vet for my puppy.
