Such a great office! Front office was really accommodating and friendly. The hygienist was really gentle with cleaning my teeth. The office manager, Jocelyn, was very professional and and helped with any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back:)
I had a great experience with Dr. Chen. She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting treatment. I felt comfortable throughout the visit, and the procedure went smoothly with minimal discomfort. The office was clean, efficient, and the staff was friendly. I really appreciate her attention to detail and honesty in discussing my treatment options. Highly recommend!
I went to get a deep cleaning today and I was all prepared for how much it was going to hurt but, it hardly hurt at all! My dental hygienist, Sandra was excellent! I even told her I wanted an alternative to fluoride and she had one for me!
Plus, I have an adult special-needs daughter that is a patient as well, and Sandra remembered her and wondered when she was coming in again. They’ve been very sweet and kind and gentle with her, which is super helpful because when she was younger, we used to have four adults hold her down so we could get her dental work done or she would have to be put under general anesthesia!
