I like the staff , they are courteous and kind , doctors they listened to you about you health problems and refere you with a specialist if needed ..

It was a terrible experience, the staff was fidgety the whole time over a hour behind and the doctor spent maybe 2 minutes and is refusing anything to do with my care

Do not recommend coming here, was never notified the office was under construction so when I showed up I had to be seen by the Dr in a disgusting, outdated van parked in the parking lot. I sat on an old bed (with no paper covering or anything, completely unsanitary) the Dr couldn’t answer any of my basic questions, he didn’t even know the type of medication I was taking and had to leave to google it. Didn’t have any tools, they never weighed me, took my temp, and when I asked for the inside of my ears to be looked at he informed me they didn’t have the tool and decided to grab my ear with his hand and stick his eyeball up to it to try and see inside. The gloves he was wearing were easily two sizes too big for him. This place and the staff all seemed like a joke, will never ever be returning here.

One of the most negligent medical organizations I've ever been apart of. Their psychiatrists and doctors are a joke. They have literally documented me health failing and not taken any real action other than trying to drug me into a grave with depression and anxiety medication. They don't answer the phone. They are mandated reporters and they do not report anything. Their psychiatrist, Essie, literally discontinued my medication so abruptly that it sent me into an intrusive spiral and her only answer for it was to blood test me to see which medications would work with my blood type/DNA. She had me drive across LA County for blood work, only for them to not do anything with it for 6 months-- and I just found out she only ran a regular blood panel, that had nothing to do with any of the medicine that these doctors have had me on for 3 years. All while doing everything not to treat my medical conditions

My medication is about to run out. Called twice to get a new prescription. Sent me to a recorded message for prescription renewal.Never heard back or received confirmation.Now I am out of my metformin.

I would NOT take any child here. Dr Ranjit will report you and try to have your kids taken away if your opinion is different from his when it comes to health. Sorry but a mother knows and ANY doctor who thinks they know your child more than you has issues. He needs his license revoked.

This office wants to report perfectly healthy children! I took my daughter in for a physical and ended up with Dr. Ranjit threatening me with calling “quality control” because I’ve held off on immunization with my child. I barely noticed him checking my daughter because he spent the entire visit interrogating me. He said the office gets in trouble by the auditors if I don’t bring my daughter for immunizations. He said if I don’t come back he’ll report it to “quality control” obviously my daughter’s healthy and there’s nothing wrong if he barely looked at her. I will definitely be reporting this abuse to the board. Stay away from this place

The girl at the reception is not trained to treat people, she is very despotic, you call to make an appointment, they answer you and leave you waiting 15 minutes to be able to make an appointment. When you arrive at the place, you try to pay and she tells you that she has no change to spare. To change this is quite annoying if they don't like their job because they are there....
