“This review is a little overdue. I had to euthanize my cat a few months ago, right around the holidays. Dr. Waterman and staff made the entire process a little easier. They asked if they could pray for her, wrapped her in a blanket, and made sure she was comfortable. Talked me through the whole process. Even cried a little with me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and am so very appreciative to have them help me during such a difficult time.“

They all seem like they REALLY care about animals in general and yours as well. I hope we don't have to take our pups back because that means there is a problem with their eyes. Lol“

Dr. Jones was very thorough and gentle in explaining what he had found. He spoke to me before and after his testing of Bella's condition. He is a very nice man.“

“I was worried about how long the line was going to be so I got there early. The line didnt start to grow until around 1:40. A few of the other customers helped guide me in what I needed. The wait wasn't long and although my dog is a pit the staff were very friendly but even more so very confident and comfortable dealing with him. The Vet is an elderly man and he was so gentle with my dog that thinks he is a puppy. I loved this place. My experience here was much better than at the All Valley Pet Hospital. I don't plan on going any where else!“

“I have been bringing my cats here for years and I was not a fan of some of the doctors before Dr. DeVault and her team took over. Now I can say I've never had a better vet. This week they spayed my kitten and unfortunately I was unable to keep her calm enough at home and her incision opened. I had to come in 4 days this week and her entire staff has greatly helped lessen my anxiety and guilt about the situation and treated me and my Biscuit so kindly.In my time sitting in their office, I have seen the receptionists and techs deal with some very stressed and angry people with grace and polite assertion. They have a difficult job and they do it very well. Dr DeVault herself has always been wonderful to my cats and to me, even with my problem kitten. I'm so happy they are here.“
