Rene and Cash came to my old farmhouse (translation: old pipes and plumbing) to go deep down the mainline.I called Rex’s because last time I used Roto Rooters and was disappointed. SO GLAD I CALLED REX’S!! Seriously, best plumbing service I have ever experienced. They gave me a heads up call when they were ten minutes out which I thought was really considerate. Then when the guys came they were incredibly thorough, paid attention to every detail, double checked everything to make sure all was back on track.They offered a jetting service considering my large property and roots and old pipes which I agreed and then two days later Cash came back with a different guy... read full review

Had Rex and his tech come out to help with a stubborn shower clog. In and out in no time and I can take a shower without water filling the tub! Outstanding customer service and knowledge!
