Two very helpful, professional visits! 1) In the first visit I was asked questions and filled out paperwork. The gentleman replaced two bathroom lights with dimmable ones and based on the refrigerator's being too large for its space* and my income he determined that I qualify for a replacement refrigerator. He also provided me with a dimmable floor lamp for one room. --- *It's so close to the walls on either side that one of the doors isn't able to fully open, and I wouldn't be able to pull it out from the back wall to clean because of the tight space. 2) The gentleman who came this time: *Listened well! *Checked heater for safety and filter for efficacy.... read full review
