I went there on my lunch break I'm a newbie for makeup and I needed help color matching for a powder foundation, one of the managers there Angie! She was super helpful and nice! She gave me a lot of advice for makeup dupes for certain products and even helped find the right shade for me! And even went above and beyond to do a full face of makeup for me I ended buying most of the products she used on me! She's amazing!

**April 2023: Weekday Morning Visit**I came here to redeem my April Bday freebie as my local Ulta ran out :( Regardless, I was in the Irvine area and figured I should pay this branch a visit. I entered the store and this location was huge, they also had a Ulta brand section (which my stored does not have) and the products were clean and all displayed nicely. I'd never seen Ulta brand cosmetics so I bought an individual eye shadow dish to try out. Checkout was quick and easy and if I'm in the area I would come back.

The store was quite a mess. I don't blame the staff for the construction zone that half the ulta beauty store was. I do, however, think the customer service was less than subpar. The first employee I talked to was on his phone when I asked for assistance (there was a lip color, I was wondering if they had in backstock). He sounded annoyed and took a very long time to check. They ended up not having it, which is fine, but it would have been more so if the employee had been more kind. It was a subpar expirence, to say the least. I ended up buying the Gucci flora scent 3.3 fluid oz, NYX matte lingere 16 hour vegan lipstick, and the Pacifica sunset moon scent 6.5 oz.
