Regan is a great real estate agent! I'd say I'd use her again; but, I already did. I purchased my first place with her as the buyer's agent several years ago. After outgrowing that house and getting married, my wife and I have kept our eye on Zillow waiting for "the place" to pop up. It did recently and we reached out to Regan. She was able to act as our buyer's agent and get our offer accepted within 5 days of us reaching out to her. She then turned around and listed our current place brining in multiple offers well over what we were thinking it would go for on the following weekend working as our seller's agent.
