Glad it worked for others. I went for one visit. Gorham was distracted with other clients on my initial consultation, rude and very unprofessional. Sure, she tried, but really IMHO, I would have spent thousands for care, when in reality a simple internet search, returned far superior protocol. Gave me a one pager with one exercise. Ghat GBT hands down with the same information gave me a Five page protocol.
Best-practice CBP care typically includes:
One-on-one assessment: full postural analysis, spinal X-ray review, range-of-motion and orthopedic testing, and a baseline neurological screen.
LC & Stabilize PT were recommended to my husband when he had spinal surgery in 2021. It was a long recovery but once he was working with LC his progress was visible. He's been pain free and has increased in range of motion far beyond what it was before surgery, even before his injury.They've expanded to offer Pilates classes and I plan on signing up ASAP.If you need to rehab your neck or back LC is the best in OC.
