First time visiting Rox Spa Newport Beach and I wish there were more stars to add. I came in for a consultation for Botox. I was really nervous since this was my first time getting Botox. When I walked in I was greeted by a young lady Which I don't remember her name but I think it was Michelle. She was very friendly and welcoming. Daniela was the PA that did my consultation and she was absolutely AMAZING. When she walked into the room she made me feel very comfortable. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. Today was my first time coming to Rox Spa and immediately felt welcomed even though I was 5 min late(cause I got lost) lol.. Lauren gave me the best hydra-facial. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything she did during my facial. My skin feels so clean and a pretty fresh glow. Definitely will be coming back for hydra facial#2 soon. I also recommend seeing Daniella for Botox. She was awesome

I had my very 1st Botox done by Kyra and it was so quick and painless, we ended up doing some lip filler as well! HA! I am SO, SO happy with the results and just LOVE how quickly I was able to get into Kyra for an appointment. Kyra is AMAZING!
