We brought our 16 month old Australian Shepherd there for his first full grooming session. He has a beautiful thick double coat and yes, sheds a bit. Our special guy needed his first trim and shaping to eliminate the puppy hair growth which was very long.They offered deshedding service and we readily agreed. Prior to this, when we took him elsewhere for bathing and brushing we'd still get hair in our hands by just simply pulling gently off his tail.Now we get none. It has been days later and he feels so silky soft. He also looks great!We will be bringing our big guy back.

I took my toy poodle there for the very first time last month. I must say Kristen was not very nice and friendly when I walked in. After I dropped him off, I told my husband I didn't like the reception I received and probably wouldn't go back. When I picked him up I was pleasantly surprised. My little boy had the best grooming in his three and half years of life. I will definitely go back and hope the next cut is just as good.

Solid place--can be hard to get weekend appointments though and they seem to switch out the groomers pretty frequently. Last time I went the new groomer looked fairly clueless, had no clue the service I had reserved (even tho she checked me in), overall made the process painful. Waiting to see if maybe she was new and getting used to it. Pretty good quality work though.
