Excellent facility! Private personal rooms. Different sizes of saunas available. Each one has access to music, tv, YouTube, Netflix, etc. - whatever helps you unwind. It’s always clean and ready for your appointment! They are timely and scheduled. Scheduling within the app is very easy. And to top it off Lea the manager is AMAZING! She’s so friendly and helpful and attentive. Remembers clients names and what they like.
As far as the sauna- it truly helps joint pain and inflammation! That’s what it’s being used for with our situation and after a few weeks you really really notice how much it helps! We are so thankful to have this place. I highly recommend for everyone especially those with pain issues.
