Well-rounded business that has every aspect of an individual's physical health covered. The practitioners are smart, knowledgeable, intuitive and very helpful. They ask enough questions to help each client set reasonable goals and be set up to exceed expectations. They keep me active in my sport, keeping my arthritis at bay.
I'm very active (mtb, road cycling, weights, etc) I tore my Lateral meniscus (with some bruising to Femur/Tib head) in my left knee earlier in the year while riding. Unfortunately I ignored it for about a month and then finally got an MRI which confirmed. Surgery was not advised, so I opted for PRP injection. By this point, I had a fair bit of dysfunction, guarding, limping etc and muscles were shutting off (atrophy). I also developed plantar fasciitis in the left foot from all the limping and dysfunction.
