I had a wonderful experience with the entire team. Dr. Puri, Misty, and both dental assistants were all incredibly kind and professional. They quickly assessed the pain from my impacted wisdom tooth, explained my treatment options, and scheduled my extraction for the very next day. Misty was especially helpful in walking me through the sedation options, setting realistic expectations, and explaining the financial details, which really eased my anxiety. Dr. Puri was warm, compassionate, and made me feel at ease, which is something I haven't always experienced at the dentist. I'm truly grateful to everyone for their excellent care.
I had a great experience with Newport Smiles! I knew that I had at least 1 cavity and called over 6 different dentists locally. The one that was the cheapest, easiest to schedule, and had the nicest staff was Newport Smiles! A special shoutout to Misty who was welcoming, very informative and attentive to all my questions! 10/10 would recommend!
