I heard about this place from a buddy of mine that knows I love cryotherapy. They have the best cryosauna Ive been in, it's the coldest too. Staff is very friendly, genuinely caring & easy on the eyes;) It's super nice inside, immaculate, everything is top notch. When you walk in the door the aroma is intoxicating, I joined the monthly plan. The owner Jill was helping an elderly woman to her car. She went above & beyond for everyone in the place & even offered me a healthy tea or specialty water & gourmet almonds. I left there feeling energized.

Jill is so amazing, I had a sprained ankle and I did the Thor laser treatment/ Cryo and I was walking normally within 2 days. Jill went above and beyond, the service was impeccable and I couldn't recommend a better spot! Anyone that hasn't tried this place and is thinking about it, do it. 10 stars if I could
