Dr.Elam has been like a father to me for years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my rhinoplasty other then him. Being very young he knew exactly what needed to be done and he was very sensitive to everything I wanted. He treats all of his patients like they're his own. He is extremely passionate about what he does. They don't call him "Dr.Nose" for nothing. You're not going to find treatment like this from any other doctor I can guarantee that. I have been wanting to get my nose done ever since I can remember. I've been so self conscious about my nose since the start of high school and I can tell you I've never been more happy. It was the best decision I've ever made. Being young you don't think you can have surgeries such as mine but you totally can! I'm so happy with my nose (still looking extremely natural). Dr. Elam changed my life! Don't recommend anywhere else other than Dr. Elam.
