I had a great experience! I confused my appointment and arrived on a Saturday instead of a Sunday, they were super kind and still took me in. The nurse, Rachel was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering laser hair removal.

I always have such a great experience at LaserAway in Crystal Cove. Neda, the clinic director, is AMAZING! She is super knowledgeable and truly cares about the patients and the overall clinic experience. Blake is so sweet, welcoming, and caring. Nurse Rachel is an incredibly skilled injector—precise, thoughtful, and clearly very talented at what she does. She also has such a calming presence that immediately puts you at ease, which makes a big difference during treatments!
