James Albert Hair Studio is simply the best. The master stylist provides a wonderful job at a reasonable price, with great skill and experience. Clients receive excellent cuts and service, often in a quick visit. It is a great hair salon, worth traveling for, and many plan to become regulars. The stylist is a very nice guy with a cool back story who goes above and beyond for his loyal clients.

Great haircut and fast service. The only thing I’d say is that I asked for no layers all around (just face framing layers) and keeping length- he ended up cutting layers and cutting a good 4 inches off. But over all speedy service and sweet people!

If you want to look like a million bucks for 40 bucks go to James. Very nice guy. Cool back story and a masters skill level with the hair. Random people get mad when he dosent let them park in his spots but he needs those for his loyal clients.

I came to James Albert hair studio by a recommendation from a friend and he gave me the best haircut of my life. It was such a reasonable price and I was in and out in 40 minutes (wash, cut, style). Definitely worth the 1.5 hr drive from DTLA and I will 100% be a regular for him.
