The wait time is terribly long to see my primary, over the phone or in the office. expect to wait 30 mins to over an hour. The only reason I give a 3 is because Dr. Le has always been on time and truly listens to my concerns. It’s crazy they cancel appointments if you are late after 15 minutes and expect patients to wait around for over an hour.
Absolutely first class, from the time of my speedy check in, processing, procedure, and check out. I felt confident that I was in good hands from the administrative staff to the doctor and their assistants.
I needed a younger primary care doctor and found Dr. Joseph T. Ling, who is superb. He listens, he takes all the time you need, he is extremely nice and has referred me to a bunch of really extraordinary specialists.
