“Luis Mendoza Roofing (LMR) put a new MCA “S” clay tile roof on our two-story house. Anthony had done other reroofs in our neighborhood and nearby. We had the solar panels removed, then LMR striped the roof down to the plywood (even replacing a few failed plywood sheets). Then he applied a peel and stick fireproof underlayment before installing the new tiles. His crew worked hard through some of the hottest summer days. Anthony supplied a porta-potty and some areas were covered for protection while work was being done. Anthony was onsite many times a day. He worked with my solar contractor to get the best installation. The roof passed both the OC sheathing and final inspections. I would recommend Luis Mendoza Roofing.“

“The rain gutters were very good. Eli gave me a quote after measuring them and gave me a discount on cash service. I found them on the home mag. Installation process was fast. However the crew team left the clips and screws on the ground. They could have cleared it and put them in the trash. The quality of rain gutter is very good. Price is pretty fair.“

“So far the OOTG team have been great to work with.i was able to get an appointment time quickly and Garrett showed up on time and gave me a complete estimate including a sheet with color samples. the colors matched both the gutter and downspouts.They followed up quickly and frequently asking if i had any questions and let me know when they would be able to start.they were able to give me an install date and worked around my schedule .they were to start today at 8:00 am and that is exactly what time everyone showed up. perfect!!i had a few questions about the installation and they were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions perfectly.there is also a difficult area where two roof lines come together and they knew exactly what the best way to take care of this was.it's 9:20 and i'll complete this review when they are done.so far so good!!10:30 am. they are done!!! the color of the gutter matches the color of the house and the down spouts match the trim color exactly. they cleaned up and the house looks fantastic!!! i would recommend them whole heartily, great experience.now I'm all ready for the next rainstorm instead of dreading it :-)“
