Shannon provides an authentic yoga experience that leaves you feeling life force energy pulsing through your body. I go to Shannon's classes because they help me to get out of my head and unstuck in really tight places in my body due to trauma. Each class is unique, beautifully curated and I look forward to the deep inward focus that has helped greatly on my healing journey. If you get a chance to take any class, training or workshop with Shannon say a BIG YES! It's life changing!
Beautiful Studio, very clean, fun shopping and the showers are a great convenience for me to get my day going. Jonathan is a really good instructor, my form improves everytime I take his class and this helps me get stronger. Thank you for caring so much :)
Jessica is outstanding in every way. I appreciated how knowledgeable she was with understanding the body and muscles from our eyes to our feet and everywhere in between! She’s a 10+ and I will be looking for her classes when I return from vacation! Love Ekam and Jessica!!
