I’m new to SoCal and had reached out to several chiropractic offices for service options, some never replied back while most did not take Medicare. Dr Gilaks office returned my call and discussed their practice and confirmed my insurance would cover my visit. I visited because I wanted to establish a relationship but also had some new shoulder pain. Dr Gilak took her time asking me questions about my history and also was extremely thorough in evaluating my shoulder issue; then worked on relieving the pain. I am extremely pleased with the results and will be returning as needed in the future. I felt heard, care for, and definitely not rushed in and out.
Dr. Gilak is the best. Extremely intuitive and skilled in diagnosing the problem and always seems to have the answer or fix. Great presence, personality and demeanor to top it off.
Very knowledgeable and knows what to do to provide relief. Does what she feels is necessary and does not try to sell you on long term treatment if she does not feel it will be needed.
