Perfect, exactly what I've been looking for. I've been having lower back stiffness and William was able to fix that. After I felt more loose and my back feels great. I highly recommend this place if you have any muscle tightness.

Myofascial release therapy seems to be the only thing that helps with my pain. Worked with William over the past 12 weeks and seeing a big difference. Aside from receiving the therapy, the consultations and work out sessions are helpful, I needed structure on how to help myself manage my pain at home. I will be back!

After trying out a lot of sports medicine massages. I wanted to give up because I was never fully satisfied. I found Demor HotSpot Therapy on Groupon and I figured I’d give them a try. I emailed the owner and he called me within 5 min and booked an appointment the next day. I’m a group/personal trainer so I am always using/ moving my body. I’ve been recently suffering from lower back, shoulder and hip pain. I owe it all to my practitioner Phillip Moody.
