Carmen is such a warm and welcoming person. She got me scheduled right away, and did my braids exactly how I wanted. Then about a week later I wanted to try another style, so I got in touch with Carmen again and she again got me scheduled right away and my hair came out so good! Carmen braided my hair in December 2022 and she did a fabulous job. She is very kind and we had fantastic conversation while I sat in her chair.
