Carmen braided my hair in December 2022 and she did a fabulous job. She is very kind and we had fantastic conversation while I sat in her chair. I had such an amazing experience with Carmen. Before arriving she asked me what additional comfort services I would like. I chose the back massager. Upon arrival I was greeted with a mocktail topped with a cherry. She placed the back massager with heat on me as I sat for my service. Carmen is so gentle yet her braiding styles always last. I enjoy conversation with her every time and I always look forward to our next appointment. I highly recommend Carmen, she provides an amazing pampering experience and service.

Overall Carmen really makes you feel comfortable and cared about! She even has access to streaming services, so if you ever need to catch up on shows you can do it while getting your hair done! It really feels like a second home and she is a great people-person overall! She will always be the one stylist I go to in OC to get my hair done.
