I am not a frequent chiropractor visitor, but I’ve used a few in my years. Dr Ryan was able to relieve years of tight muscles and painful joints in only a few visits. I was impressed with the back to basics team effort, easygoing approach, and comprehensive explanations.
The best part is in the results. They solved 20 years of stiffness and tightness in only a few visits. I’m very impressed.

I am working with Dr. Shayna. I'm two sessions in, and everything has been going well! She's welcoming and friendly. The first session took an hour. She spent the first half an hour or so asking questions about what brought me into the office, my lifestyle, and other information to help her understand me as an individual. She also made some observations based on my posture and movement. During the hands on portion, she talked me through everything before it happened. It was a comfortable experience, and I look forward to going back to keep working with Dr. Shayna. Arguably the best chiropractic team in Orange County. I’ve been to many over the years and none have been as so thorough, professional, kind, accommodating, and offered this level of care. We are grateful to have used them for years.
