I had limited time to subpoena opposition expert, and Ron came through for me again. He's professional, courteous, and thorough. Everything done by the book, and on time. Great follow up. Easy process. Highly recommend.
Within a few minutes of discussing our needs for a service, Ron, accepted the work right away and even had the job done within a few hrs! We requested service of a subpoena that needed to be served out of the area where our client lived. This was a timely issue and his fees were very reasonable for such a rush job. Exceptional service and would highly recommend him!
Our lawyer hired the process server to serve the defendant, and the defendant knew he has been sued by us, he just hides and avoids the service. The defendant lied and tried to get away by asking the guard to deny the process server came into the gated community. The sheriff said this defendant refused to answer the door. We need to serve this defendant in 60 days period so we can move on our case. Finally, we hired Ron, and he located the defendant and served him at his workplace. If you did not proper serve the defendant, the defendant can file a motion to dismiss the case, and you need to refile your case again.
