“Joanne is amazing! She was one of the few people willing to give me a ballpark quote over the phone based on where my bridesmaid dress is from. Everywhere else said I had to bring it in or they charged me a higher price than Joanne's pricing. I just needed a simple trim of the dress and Joanne was able to perform in a timely manner. I even forgot to bring shoes when I had to try on the dress for pickup but she was prepared and had extra! I am so happy I found Joanne since she lives close to me and I plan to keep her as my go to tailor.
