Contacted SCCA after hours at 6pm about my AC not working. There automated system texted me asking questions and said a rep would contact me the next day. At 8:06am I received a text informing me a tech could be out and gave me a window. The tech arrived on time, idenfied the problem, recommended how to correct it, gave me a price quote and fixed the AC all in less than 90 minutes. Friendly tech was Sam Rios.
About a week ago our AC stopped working. Called them to make an appt. Sam was very detailed and professional. He explain to me what was wrong and why it had happen. He was very thorough and clean with his work. He replaced the contactor and capacitor to fix my AC problem. I was very happy and satisfied with them. Will definitely refer them to anyone who have issue with their AC
Service tech was extremely knowledgeable, affable and great at explaining to us all the in’s and out’s of our new thermostat. They came out quickly when we had no heat. So that was much appreciated. All in all we would recommend them highly.
We just had another problem with our Fan. Alister was great again. We will continue to use them and recommend them to our friends.
