Great response time, pricing and service. I came to visit my elderly inlaws from out of town because their AC is blowing warm air. It was super hot outside too. I found Mike on Yelp, called him, told him I was from out of town and needed help with an AC unit blowing warm air at my elderly parents house. He came in 15 minutes! My inlaws and I were so happy, and impressed. He fixed the problem quickly at a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate and call Mike Miller to help you too.
Mike is amazing. Our AC went out this morning and Mike squeezed us in before noon. On a Saturday to boot. It was a simple fix and he had us up and running in no time. He only charged us for a service call. Wow! Knowing nothing about HVAC, he could have told me anything and I would have believed him. He is honest and professional. This our second time using Mike ( heater issue in the fall) and I am very impressed. Though I hope for no more issues anytime soon, if the need arises, I will definitely be calling Mike! 10 stars!
If I could give more than five stars, I would. Mike is wonderful! He is kind, professional, educational, and wants what's best for his customers. I had a situation that I called Mike for; the upstairs unit air conditioner was leaking into mine. Mike offered to fix the issue at that time, but he also stated that it could be an HOA issue that I might be able to get fully reimbursed for if I use the HOA's recommended HVAC guy. It amazed me how Mike would give up potential business to do what's best for my wallet. That is rare, and that's why Mike is a gem! It turns out my HOA wanted close to nothing to do with the matter, and I called Mike back to come service the unit. He was quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I know who I'm recommending all of my friends to in the future. Thanks Mike.
