Ventura Pest Control comes bimonthly to treat outside of house & yard for bugs and rodents. Carlos Torres is the technician who takes care of my house. He always sends a text when he's on his way. Once he's here, if there're specific issues, he takes time to understand the issue and would explain how the pest control treatment would remediate the issue!

Miquel is an excellent technician! He keeps us informed as to the time that he expected to arrive. When we have issues with the timing of a service especially indoors, he is very cooperative and he keeps us informed of any issues that we have. I highly recommend Ventura Pest Control and Miguel.

Their technician Jeremy was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and listened to our concerns. He did an excellent job and we are very happy with his work and the results.
