Phenomenal studio ! Teachers are very knowledgeable and have motivating classes. The staff members are welcoming . Studio is clean and has wonderful energy in a beautiful location next to the Santa Monica mountains. The coastal breeze that comes over the mountain , through the doors at the end of afternoon /evening classes is devine! I can't wait to go back
What an incredible class! I visit the Foundry when I’m in Thousand Oaks for business. I truly wish I could visit more often. The studio is always clean and full of positive energy. I was able to get in from the waitlist for the hot sculpt class. I haven’t attended one in several months, and boy was I challenged. The instructor, Leah, guided us clearly with lots of encouragement. Brie was so very welcoming and helpful as well. Thank you for an inspiring experience. My practice is taking on new dimensions!
Absolutely love the Hot Sculpt classes at The Foundry Thousand Oaks Studio 🔥🫶🏻 The workouts are challenging but empowering, and the energy in the room always feels positive and welcoming. Spencer always makes it fun, and I love his energy. I also really appreciate the diversity here — all ages and all sizes with no judgment, just good vibes and support. So happy I found a studio that feels this genuine and uplifting ✨
