My landlord sent out Pacific Exterminator and I could not be happier. I have clothes moths and carpet beetles. Yuck! I'm grossed out and have a really clean apt. Jose L came to do the inspection and I know I'll be in great hands. I can't wait for him to come back and get these icky pests out of here. I'll do another review once the treatment is done.

I had an amazing experience with Pacific Exterminator!! My manager called the company for our building but I had some questions on how to handle the process and what needed to be boxed up and put away. I was able to text the owner and he was readily available to answer any and all of my questions. He asked me to send him photos so he could assess the situation and even helped me reschedule a time that was convenient for all of us involved! It was incredible customer service! When the treatment was done, he even followed up to let me know what they discovered and told me my next steps!!!
