I would like to thank Mateo our sales manager that we dealt with for being patient with me on making the decision to go not only with Kota but getting solar. I know I can be hard to deal with. That said, Mateo worked with us to get a system that met our needs and at a good price for us. Being older, it’s hard to justify a 20–30-year commitment unless it is a good deal. Mateo was the person we were in contact for all phases of the process. After the site survey was complete, I was able to submit the plans to the HOA for approval. This is an update to previous review on the installation. Everything is up and running. The system was installed on January 15, 2024. Kota engineers came out a couple of times to adjust settings and touch up (paint the conduit to match stucco). City inspection was scheduled for January 31 and passed. PTO from SCE was received on February 7.
