I recently had them add a back up battery to my pre-existing panel system. They did an amazing job !!!They were on time, on schedule and fantastic on returning my few phone calls and emails. I have a complex layout where the PV panels are 120 feet from the meter box. The company that did the PV panels had never done an install like that and dragged out the process for almost a year.I called Quantum and we set a site visit appointment for 2 days later. This company is first class ! Dewaine came out within a few days to bid on my Enphase battery install. After seeing our solar panel install done by a different company a few years before, he outlined his plan to install the battery.Ours is a complex install because the panels are on a building 120 feet from where our main panel is.
