So bummed about my expierience with Bonni on Aug 8, 2024. Apparently I annoyed and irritated her by giving backstory and explanations as we were going through my medical history. She did end up apologizing for her shortness, but it was made worse when her staff basically had no compassion for my expierience and my desire to not come back as a result. Very different from my past expierience 12 years ago, and from what the online reviews. I would consider going back except for casting disperstions on another FMD's work in the process of our conversation.

I'm so bummed about my recent expierience here in August 2024. Bonni was sharp with me and kept cutting me off when answering her questions....apparently I was too wordy and annoying her, but I also felt dismissed. She did apologize that a colleague had just died. I told her staff that I was reluctant to come back and they showed no empathy or caring. One chooses to go to an FMD over an MD in part for empathy/caring. This is a vastly different experience from going to their office 12 years ago. And there are many choices in FMD's with others being nicer, so I'll be going elsewhere for my healthcare.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The staff are friendly and know their stuff, and Bonnie is caring and methodical and VERY knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Bonni and Crossroads in Health for anyone that wants to get to the root of their health and take care of themselves holistically. Bonni is AMAZING! Both my husband and I have been patients for 6 months now, and we already are seeing improvements in our health and targeting things that were never addressed by other practitioners. She is caring and really wants you to be healthy and live a happy life! She is very thorough and doesn't give up on her patients.

I have been seeing Bonni since 2010. She is my primary health care provider, as well as my family's and I more than highly recommend her. She treats your condition by finding the root cause (s) and going on from there rather than just diagnosing and prescribing without finding the underlying reason for your disease/condition. With her knowledge and guidance, I know I am taking the best care of myself that I can. We all need functional medicine in our life!

Bonni Tromello is tops, persistently upgrading her knowledge base and guiding patients in a manner based on the latest research results and proven techniques for optimal health through integrative medicine. Bonni is no-nonsense, having served as a surgical nurse for some years. She listens and has been responsible for my wife and I experiencing improved health over the course of the years we have been seeing her. We now live three hours away and still consider her to be our primary. Bonni receives my enthusiastic recommendation.

Bonnie has a wonderful bedside manner. My adult son needed diagnosis and relief after years of living with parasites. She ordered the appropriate tests and explained them in a way we understood and got him back on track with a healthy diet and clean bill of health!

I have been a patient of Bonni's for over 7 years now. When I came to her I had a lot of issues and we have slowly been able to get to the root of my issues because she found that I had a gluten "sensitivity" which didn't show up in a celiac's test. This had been undoubtedly causing many other underlying problems for years because it was never diagnosed. It is now seven years later and I'm 35 pounds lighter, far far healthier and feel like I'm in my 20's. It takes patience and great detective work when you've been living with issues that other doctors have blythely missed for years because they are looking for one solution rather than the body and it's systems as a whole. What I love about Bonni's approach is looking at things on the cellular and system level and working to correct that before things turn into a full blown disease. I've recommended her to many people and will continue to do so. She's an amazing lady and I am so so so lucky to have found her. I hate to think of the state I'd be in today if I hadn't!

I am mid-50s so I've known many area medical and health care professionals. You won't find one who is more knowledgeable especially in Functional Medicine, caring or patient-focused than Bonnie Tromello/Crossroads in Health. I've read the negative comments posted here. My experience has been the exact opposite. Bonnie has always taken whatever time was needed with me. There has never been an insurance, lab or billing issue. Quite the opposite. While I used to pay quite a sum for lab work, her negotiated arrangement has either significantly reduced or completely eliminated my private pay charges. I along with my family have been going to Bonnie for some 10+ years. I am completely satisfied. Online reviews can serve as a way for people to vent their frustration. In this case, readers should know that Bonnie is someone who exceeds expectations -- and someone deserving of praise.
