I had an appointment window of 1-3 PM. The serviceman didn't show until after 6:30 PM. So, I wasn't a happy camper about that. But as far as the service itself goes, BEN MACIEL was a very nice, helpful, courteous serviceman. He came to do a yearly servicing of our air conditioning. And whatever he did, I can honestly say I don't remember our air conditioning ever being as cold as it is now, and seeming to reach into areas of the house that it hadn't before. Excellent service all around. They were knowledgable, prompt with all replies and followups, and thorough in providing service. In replacing our old heating furnace with a new heat pump HVAC unit, they took care of everything. No need to subcontract with electricians or roofers or anybody else. They even helped us in arranging appointments with the building inspectors required by the state and city. Highly recommend them with Dwayne as our primary contact and lead on the project.

To take the time to write this review. After 2 weeks with a broken AC unit in the heatwave we had 3 different companies come to our home and try to fix our unit. Fortunately for us we found Aladdin and they sent their senior technician John Hilario out to our house within 30 minutes of our call. John was extremely professional, from the moment he entered our home and slipped on shoe covers (without even being asked) to the photos and videos he shared with us in real time as he fixed the complex problem with our AC system.
