Just done Japanese hair straightening. Couldn't be more happier with the result. Owner Jackie is very professional, amazing customer service skill. I will definitely come back.

Lets go back in time a bit. I had an appointment for my senior prom hair with the gentleman who worked here and he never showed! I was early And tried to get checked in and the rude lady said "he isn't here and i don't think he will show up, he hasn't lately" . So i called him multiple times with no answer! Then i asked well can anyone else do my hair? She simply responded no I'm leaving now. Im just waiting for another worker to show up. I ended up finding a last minute spot in Niles where the workers were so kind and saved my prom!
