I have been filing taxes with United tax for more than 10 years. They were very professional and customer focused when they were a small team providing personalized service but they don’t know how to scale and keep customer focus anymore. Their customer service is probably the worst part of it. I had to call them more than 10 times to get connected only to be then forwarded to voice mail. They have some good people like Vikas and I do hope they do something about getting customer focus back.

From the first telephone call, I felt that Vikas had the demeanor and knowledge I needed. He is responsive and professional and has always answered my questions, of which there have been many. He helped me tremendously by saving me a lot more money with taxes than my previous firm. Tax season is not stressful anymore and is all back of the mind with his help. Vikas and his team come as close as possible to making the tax season a positive experience. Flexible hours and accommodations to meet in person. Quick feedback and response to questions/concerns by email, phone, or text. They provided fast turn around and got our taxes filed very quickly. I had a lot of stock and crypto related questions and he was able to answer all of them. The work was neat, and the scheduling was always on time. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the professional service we have received. Very professional and would recommend to my friends.
