I brought my 4 year old daughter for her birthday to get a princess manicure and she was truly treated like royalty! The hours on Google stated they closed at 8pm on Sunday but when I got there at 5:30pm I found out they were only open till 6pm. But despite this, they were gracious enough to take us quickly. They made my daughter feel so comfortable, brought a beautiful crown and ring then gave her a glass of sparkling apple cider. She got to choose her glitter gel polish and start the manicure and even got a glow in the dark top coat. They were very gentle and spoke to her sweetly and let us take pictures. Don't get me wrong, I like this place. The vibes in here are very nice and you get offered drinks while doing your mani/pedi. They also play good music and they don't talk about customers behind their backs in another language. I have been here several times for manicures and pedicures and have enjoyed them both. Today, I come in for a pedicure since it's still summer and I just needed a bit of a pick me up. I get matched with the owner, Rene, who is very nice but somehow today she wasn't wearing gloves while she's working on my feet? I'm not sure if last time she wore gloves either and I think she last did a pedi for me in March. I feel in Covid times, this is unacceptable and her nails were long. Her work was a bit rough as well and I find I didn't enjoy my pedicure or like I couldn't really relax properly bc she was being a bit too rough. She even told me verbally that I needed to relax but it was quite difficult. I had to tell her to stop once today bc I said it's hurting while she's working on my feet. And while she was working on one foot, my other foot was itchy while in the tub (she put some sort of orange scrub on) and I told her that when she asked what's wrong. She ignored me tho so not sure what that was about. Also they upped the price for even a basic pedicure! I have had Rene twice for pedicures and once was a different lady who was a bit better and gentler. I don't recommend Rene for pedicures but if you can get another worker here for pedicures, you might be better off. I will still come here tho bc I do like this salon otherwise and I have referred some friends here as well.

Good for kid manicures. I came here for Russian manicure and the first two times I was serviced the cuticle work was great (though I was nicked every time). I had a different girl each visit. My last visit was with the owner and she is incredibly nice. After we were done, my freshly manicured nails were gorgeous. However a few days later the rubber gel was lifting somehow? And so now my nails are unpresentable and I will not be going back to try and let her fix them. On top of that, she upped the price I paid every time. First time I paid was 55 without tip. 2nd time was 65 without tip. Third time was 75 without tip. And you wanna know what's weird? To book an appointment...read full review
