I've been seeing Dr. Ko for the last ten + years since i was 17. She's always been very friendly, patient and professional. She communicates thoroughly and clearly on whether it is medical related or insurance related issue. There's been one time when my contact lenses broke (rigid gas permeable), they were very accommodating with appointment time and contact lenses order time. I didn't have to wait too long. I haven't gotten glasses frames there, so can't speak to that. Over all, Dr. Ko is an eye doctor I can trust.

Came here based on reviews and the fact they took my insurance. First off, I was told by 2 separate eye doctors that I have a condition on the inside of my eyelids called GPC. When I was examined by this doctor, I asked her if she could look at the inside of my eyelids to check if I still had the bumps. I also told her I was prescribed daily contacts because of the GPC. Her response was that it was normal to have bumps on the inside of my eyelid and I did not have anything wrong with my eyelids and she prescribed me new contacts. My favorite, the people there are really nice and helpful. I literally recommend this place to all my friends already so that's why you should come here.
