The gym is for tenants of PRC, so it's not public. You register on their website and sign in at the front each visit, but there's no limit to the number of visits. They have a good selection of equipment, with some free weights, several machines, and a range of cardio equipment. The hours are a bit limited, but it's still an extremely convenient gym.

This is my work gym and I love that it is FREE for all the employees that works at this complex. The owners just put in new equipments at first I was like damn now I gotta learn how to use new equipments again but after going there the last 2 days it's not too bad it's actually easier to use than the old ones. This gym is pretty good it has all the stationary equipments that you need, free weights if you know what you are doing, classes, trainers for a fee of course, lockers and showers. Not bad for FREE if you ask me. The staffs are nice and friendly.
