I love getting hydrafacial from Kim, it's very soothing, doesn't make my face look red and skin feels supple afterwards. Kim will analyze the skin condition then she will recommend the treatment for that day. Kim is very kind and straightforward with her services and the cost upfront. Please come timely so she can work on your skin for the alloted time. I was late once and she told me upfront that she could only work on my skin for 60 mins and she would do her best to clean my face and extract as much. I totally understand of her decision. I have to be mindful of other appointments. FYI - if you have problematic skin, you may need to come more than once, just common sense!!
Can't remember last time I had a facial. Might be my first! Will definitely not be my last. Did a deep hydra facial (??) and didn't have cash (plan ahead friends) so it cost me extra ($115) but it was way worth it. My face is noticeably soft and skin is bright and looks great-even now 2 weeks later. Was afraid of breaking out but not at all. Relaxing environment and Kim was just so gracious and sweet. Her website helped me prep so I had an idea ahead of time what I was intersted in having done but Kim helped finalize based on what I was looking for.
Kim is very knowledgeable in her trade and provides an honest opinion on what treatment is best for your skin. She does a great job of setting realistic expectations of your results and is very accommodating when scheduling appointments.
