First of all please note she did not ask me to write this review. And Secondly she took me in the last minute and without prior appointment. She is extremely kind and friendly and helped me understand products that may be messing with my sensitive skin. She did a fantastic facial explaining every bit on the way. She didn’t rush at all and was very helpful with planning my skincare routine!And last but not the least she doesn’t take tips!Thank you so much Kim for your awesomeness and patience! You are very very kind and such an awesome professional. Never met anyone like you. Thanks a lot for being the best! ♥️ I will keep in touch.

Kim is very kind and helpful. I have been looking for a good facial spot for a while and found her on Yelp. She has a private room inside Sassy Nail Salon. It was my first time getting a facial with her and she talked me through what she was going to do and also gave me tips on products to use for my skin. First she had be lay down and relax while she assessed my skin. Then she cleaned my face and went to work. I loved the cold treatment she did toward the end. It was so soothing. I loved how my face felt and looked afterwards. I would bring cash but you can use the ATM machine that's inside too (charges ~$3 fee). Been coming to Kim on and off for about 2 years now. It's been awhile since I've been, but after today's appointment I am totally reminded of how amazing and great her Hydradermabrasion Facial is!Kim really cares about her clients - talking them through the process beforehand, doing an assessment of your skin's current status, checking in before going for an extraction, and providing a relaxing and thorough experience. My skin was feeling dull, oily, and I was breaking out a bit. I mainly use Japanese/Korean skincare products but felt like I was in need of a deeper cleanse and some exfoliation.
