This review is from January , that I forgot to click "post." So some of this may be a little outdated:I made an appointment for 11:45 am on a Monday. I routed to the listed address, and I couldn't find the testing site. I drove around the mall for a while not seeing any signs other than construction signs/blocks/cones everywhere. I was only able to find the site (totally different side of the mall from where it was marked) after looking at pictures people uploaded for the address on Google. I got there and saw that you don't need an appointment to get tested. The line didn't move at all for about 15 minutes. I got tested 35 minutes after my appointment time. Good experience overall. You need an appointment. I used them 2 times. Once for my daughter and once for me. The first time we had to park in front of the 24 hour fitness where there are marked parking spots and you have to text them the order number and an employee would come out to take the swab. Second time they texted me that they are short staffed and I had to come in. When you go in the mall through the entrance right by 24 hour fitness, you can see it right ahead. They mentioned pcr result would take 2-3 days but both times I got it the same night I gave the test. Not sure why all the negative reviews.
It was in deed difficult to find this place even though they are located in the big parking lot, the main problem is the address mentioned in the google will take you to exactly opposite of this site ? Appointments are required, not sure if they take walks on as well. Testing was fast but the result took more time may be due to omicron surge during December time frame.
