I've not yet received the finished product (dropped off a dress for hemmimg), however, I can definitely say they have great customer service. Very friendly. I also noticed that they had a lot of repeat/regular customers while I was there.

This is a service that not many people do smh I see the reviews I never have anything wrong . I come here alot it has helped me keep cloths looking like new and shoes for years. People expect maids hire one. My stuff comes back in a plastic case and wire hanger ? and looking new what more can you ask for

I'm giving them a 5 star rating because they brought my Lakers Jersey back to life! I had went to a music festival and decided to wear it there an by the time I left it was covered in dirt! Same as my cream jacket that I thought I was going to have to repurchase! Definitely will be my new go to spot.
